For mail order items it is best that you pay by credit or debit card. We accept
all major credit and debit cards. Alternatively, you can also pay by cheque, BACS,
CHAPS or other methods, but may have to wait for clearance of funds to our account
before items are despatched.
We also offer credit to approved accounts but will need two
trade and a bankers reference.
If you wish to apply for a credit account with Comfort, you
can download an Adobe Acrobat version of our application form.
This can be completed off-line if you have Acrobat Reader,
simply click on the Business Name & Trading address box and
enter text. Use "Tab" key to move to next field and if you
see a Grey tab, click on it to select an option. Please ensure
that you indicate the correct Comfort Company that you wish
to open an account with.
When you have finished, print out the form and post to us.
The form once completed and signed by authorised signatories
enables us to also approach your bank for reference and status
enquiry if required. Comfort will pay your bankers standard
fee in this respect.
To speed up an account application, you may also fax or e-mail
the form to us, but we will require an original signed form
to complete the application. Download

Leasing options
may also be available for approved business customers subject to status and written
conformation. Our standard terms and conditions
of sale will be applicable to all transactions.
WARRANTY - All items in the shop with the exception
of consumable items have a full 12-month warranty, whereby
we will replace or repair any defective equipment or component
caused by faulty workmanship or manufacturing at our discretion.
