  SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS

We are currently interested to hear from qualified service and maintenance technicians having a wide experience on DX refrigeration, electrical and controls, covering VRV/VRF, split systems and chillers, based in the Greater London area or South East England.

Successful applicants will be provided with above average remuneration, a company vehicle, estate cars for senior positions, salary and or hourly rates, and all benefits associated with a progressive organisation.

Technicians are provided with uniforms, full site protective equipment and clothing and on going training.

Full terms are available upon application, but also include company pension scheme and medical health insurance after qualifying period, and 25 days paid annual holiday.

SALES ENGINEERS - CONTRACTING
LONDON SOUTH EAST AREA

If you feel you can work with a small team and develop both our marketing strategy and sales revenue generation for air conditioning installations we are interested in talking to you. You would operate both externally and at our offices targeting end users, architects and consultants. You must be able to both design and estimate air-conditioning projects, primarily split systems and VRF, but wider experience would be a bonus.

We would expect you to have a proven and successful track record in a similar position and to now want to work for an organisation where your efforts will be rewarded. Comfort works with a team environment and you should be adaptable and extremely flexible, able to work with site based personnel up to the highest levels of client companies.

Remuneration would be by basic salary and target based commission, based upon invoiced sales and agreed profitability of projects. Successful applicants would be expected to generate own leads and enquiries as well as dealing with projects from our existing client base. Applicants must be computer literate, commercially aware and have the necessary drive and ambition to succeed.

Positions include quality company car, full business expenses, 25 days annual holiday and pension plus medical health cover after qualifying period.

SALES ENGINEERS - MAINTENANCE
LONDON SOUTH EAST AREA

We are also interested in talking to sales engineers with experience and proven track record in selling maintenance contracts to end users. Applicants should have a background in service and maintenance and be familiar with all aspects of mechanical building services maintenance requirements.

We would expect similar qualities to those required for contracting sales positions, and terms, conditions, benefits and remuneration would be on a similar scale.
